We are an authorized Grip-Tite® installer

Helical Piers

Bartley Corp has a solution for building on unstable soil. We install Grip-Tite® New Construction Helix Piers to help prevent foundation shifting for homes being built on unstable soil. This proven versatile system is available today.

 How does it work?

    1. Helical Piers are mechanically screwed into deep stable soil
    2. Concrete is poured over the Piers

Benefits:

    •  Cost-benefit compared to other old-fashioned deep foundation options

    •  Concrete can be poured immediately after Helical Piers are installed

    •  No heavy equipment needed

    •  Installs quickly without generating spoils

    •  Modular to meet a variety of soil conditions

    •  Can be installed in limited access areas

    •  Installation available during any season

    •  Out of sight once installation is complete
